Connect the USB-A cable to a compatible 5V USB power source and follow the included instructions to operate the heating function. A power bank or USB adapter is not included.

2. What are the available heat settings?

There are three heat levels: Low (25-35°C), Medium (35-45°C) and High (45-55°C). These ranges refer to the heating element, not the surrounding fabric or skin temperature.

3. Where are the heating zones located?

The shawl has eight heating zones concentrated across the centre of the back. The outer edges are not heated.

4. Can I use it with a power bank?

Yes. It is designed for use with a compatible power bank, laptop USB port or 5V USB adapter. Always check the power source requirements in the product instructions. External power devices are sold separately.

5. Is a power bank included?

No. A power bank and USB adapter are not included. You will need a compatible 5V USB power source to operate the heating function.

6. Is the shawl machine washable?

Yes. Disconnect the USB cable first, machine wash on a gentle cycle according to the care instructions andair dry completely before use. Never wash it while connected to a power source.
