Welcome to Findo (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, devices, hardware products, mobile applications, and subscription services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or downloading our companion tracking application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Australian Consumer Law & Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited strictly to the replacement, repair, or refund of the purchased goods.

3. Nature of GPS & Cellular Services

Findo trackers rely on external global positioning satellites (GPS) and cellular network infrastructure (4G/LTE telecommunications towers across Australia):

  • GPS signal accuracy and connectivity depend upon geographical factors, weather, indoor shielding, dense foliage, and network provider coverage.
  • Findo devices are intended as pet lifestyle and anti-loss monitoring aids. They do not substitute for responsible pet supervision, enclosures, or training.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or update product details without prior notice. Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch.

5. Subscription & Connectivity Services

If your Findo device requires an active cellular subscription plan to access companion mobile data, billing terms, trial durations, and recurring renewal cycles will be explicitly stated at the time of plan selection in the Findo App or on our site. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the relevant State/Territory in which you reside.
